Protection Against Fraud

ATTENTION CUSTOMERS! There have been increased reports of banking customers becoming targets of fraud - specifically through phishing schemes. Since this type of fraud often begins with the customer and not the bank, we want to provide you with tips on what to look out for so that you can best protect yourself.

  1. We will NEVER contact you by phone or e-mail to ask you for your ATM Card number, PIN number, or any other confidential customer or account information.
  2. Immediately call the phone number on the back of your debit or credit card or printed on your statement if you receive a suspicious phone call, message, or e-mail.
