Telephone Banker allows you to quickly and easily:

  • Check account balances.

  • Verify the last six (6) transactions on your account.

  • Transfer funds between designated checking and savings accounts and make payments on loans.

  • Verify interest earned on deposits and paid on loans during tax time.
USING THE NEW TELEPHONE BANKER

1. Call 334-836-4411 within the Dothan area. Call 1-866-836-4411 outside the Dothan area.

2. Wait for the greeting and then follow the instruction provided by Telephone Banker.

You will need your account number(s) and personal identification number (PIN) to access your account information using Telephone Banker.

The first time that you use Telephone Banker, please contact us for your PIN.  Once in the system, you will be prompted to change your PIN to a new four-digit number that only you know.  Please memorize the PIN that you select and share it ONLY with those that you authorize to access your account(s).
